Location Delhi
Roles & responsibilities
Position Title: Administrative Officer (Full Time)
Purpose: To manage and control the school facility administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- To upkeep school by taking proactive steps towards maintenance, repairs etc.
- To manage statutory compliances related to Safety, Security.
- To implement policy on work floor and documentation of records in hard & soft form
- To procure material (purchase) for the school facility after following standard operating procedures
- To manage store and inventory control
- To liaison with regulatory bodies like DoE, MCD, local government departments etc.
- To manage school transport as per the guidelines of CBSE & DOE
- To administer the school and corporate Events.
- To manage parent's queries related to transport and general administration.
- To effectively manage administrative staff.
Competencies:
- Outstanding Liasoning skills
- Ability to work in Computers (MS Office) & Internet.
- Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced growing organisation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
