**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team in New Delhi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of quick commerce while contributing to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving product or service issues, and providing general support.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer queries.
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
**Pay Structure**:
The pay for this internship will be based on a percentage basis, offering a competitive compensation package.
