As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing assistance and guidance to customers regarding product or service-related queries.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
- Following up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Providing product demonstrations and explanations to customers to enhance their understanding and usage of our offerings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance the efficiency of the customer support function.
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer support to provide informed assistance to customers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
