- Assist in the design and implementation of the global Financial Shared Services center
- Implement effective core accounting (A/R, A/P, G/L, and Payroll) and finance processes and activities that are US GAAP compliant.
- Manage tax compliance and transfer pricing for India entity

- Develop, implement and maintain system of effective internal controls within the India entity.

**Work Experience**
- **Chartered Accountant, ICWA or an MBA in finance from a reputed university with at least 15 years’ experience.**:

- ** Hands-on experience with NetSuite is mandatory, including optimizing India legal entity for both US GAAP and India Tax and Statutory reporting.**:
