**Job Requirements
**Business Fundamental Adherence (BAU) - On-time and accurate BAU deliverables, adherence to internal policies and controls/RACM. Fundamental Adherence including all deliverables.
Monitor invoice allocation report and ensure to submit all alocated invoice with in one day SLA.
Perform checks and balance and validate the accuracy of the invoice as per Invoice checklist.
Ensure no duplicate invoices submitted/validated/payment initiated.
Update all accounting segments accuratley including invoice description.
Work with user department for the missing invoice information and submit the invoices on timely manner.
Introduce invoice status dashboard and circulate.
Monitor rejected/denied invoices and work with respective stakeholder to take appropriate action to close.
Introduce and circulate team productivity & accuracy tracker and circulate on a daily basis.
Invoice Approval and validation of invoice within 1 day SLA.
Perform complete checks & balance before approving & validating the invoice.

Audits & Compliance - Support all audits requirements timely and accurately. Adherence to compliances on time without any scope for penalty or interest. Be proactive in terms of disclosure and take appropriate action to mitigate.
Follow RACM controlls, save evidence in shared drive and get it review every month.

Regular intaraction with Invoice central helpdesk, Payment, Invoice Accounting & GL team.
Review all Balance Sheet schedule including Accounts Payable, Prepaid & Advance paid to supplier schedule and take appropriate action to clear on timely basis.
Follow-up with Center manager & project manager to approve the invoices on timely manner.
Work with center manager & project manager on rejected/denied invoices and close on timely manner.
Share accurate provision input to GL team and discuss.
Share ontime and accurate KPI information.
