**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collection & Grievance Coordination:
- Coordinate the collection of common area maintenance fees and utility bills, property Sales collection from tenants/ Brands in accordance with lease agreements and property management policies.
- Monitor and track payment schedules, sending reminders and notifications as necessary to ensure prompt payments.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing or charges.
- Work closely with tenants to address questions or concerns regarding invoices and charges.
- Provide regular reports on collection status and outstanding balances to management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant grievances and inquiries related to common area maintenance fees and utility bills etc.
- Document tenant complaints and issues, categorizing them for analysis.
- Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to investigate and resolve tenant grievances promptly.
- Communicate with tenants to provide updates on grievance resolutions and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance transparency and tenant relations.
