**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and convert leads for B2B home and garden seeds.
- Maintain a database of customers and ensure follow-ups for repeat business.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team for smooth order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare reports for management.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Proven experience in inside sales (preferably in agriculture or related industries).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Based in North India with access to a stable internet connection.
Pay: ₹11,819.83 - ₹37,752.33 per month
