IT Support Executive

Job Description:
Network Support:
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting basic network issues.
Support users in connecting to company networks (Wi-Fi, VPN).
Monitor network performance and report issues to senior staff.
Operating System Installation:
Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Perform system backups and recoveries as needed.
Ensure compliance with security policies during installations.
Software Installation:
Provide guidance to users on software functionalities and best practices.
Maintain software inventory and licensing records.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions.
Document support interactions and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Maintenance and Updates:
Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as updates and patches.
Help maintain hardware inventory and assist in equipment setup.
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with OS installation and configuration (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
Basic Network Knowlege, OS Installtion, Basic software installtion
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
