**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement an age-appropriate mathematics curriculum aligned with educational standards.
- **Instruction and Engagement**:

- Deliver engaging lessons using various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Utilize technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress in mathematics.
- Provide timely feedback and support to help students improve their skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, fostering respect and responsibility among students.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate math concepts across the curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends.
- **Student Support**:

- Identify students needing additional support in mathematics and provide appropriate resources and assistance.
- Encourage participation in math-related extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Valid state teaching certification for Primary Education.
- Experience teaching mathematics at the primary level is preferred.
