We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Team Leader or Assistant

experience in team handling, strong team management abilities, and preferable experience

from the BPO or Ecommerce sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate

effective team collaboration, client interactions, and project management.
- Articulating ideas clearly, actively listening, and fostering open communication

within the team.
- Team Handling Experience: Leading and managing teams by providing guidance to

team members, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Demonstrating leadership skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire

team members.
- Team Management Skills: Proficiency in resource allocation, task delegation, and

performance evaluation.
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the BPO or Ecommerce sector is highly valued, as

it aligns with our business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in team handling.
- Strong team management skills.
- Preferable experience from the BPO or Ecommerce sector

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid sick time

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- E-commerce: 3 years (preferred)
