_**Purpose of role**_
To take care of the reception and other day to day administrative tasks at the site office
- **Desired Skills & Experience**_
- Should be able to communicate fluently and liaise with different departments and functions
- Should be a team builder and should have maturity to lead team
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Manage the Site Office Reception
- Managing Calls
- Hospitality Management - Arrangement of Refreshments for clients.
- Attending to guests/clients and connecting them to the right person in the organisation
- Making sure reception area is clean and tidy.
- Making sure that all laptops are on with Project Information Video is played in each deal room as well LED TV at reception area.
- Site requirements and replenishment.
- Ensuring that the site is functioning properly in all customer touch points
- Efficiently handle the incoming calls, client enquiry and handover the same to the concerned person
- Ensure smooth movement of inward and outward correspondence/couriers and maintain its records
- Managing Housekeeping staff
- Manage office assets
- Planning and execution of all core administration activities
- Setting up the relevant logistics, assets, refreshment etc. and other arrangements
- Co-ordinate with the H.O. for Timely processing of utility bills through regular follow-ups with the Accounts team
- Ensure smooth functioning of the overall operational activities
Salary : Rs.15,000 - 20,000 Per Month
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
