We are seeking a talented and motivated **Tele Sales Representative/Executive** to join our team. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by calling potential customers, introducing our services, and fix meetings. Your primary focus will be to use your excellent communication and sales skills to persuade customers to purchase our offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call potential customers and introduce our services
- Follow up on leads and potential customers to purchase our offerings
- Fix meetings for demos over the phone
- Answer customer questions and address concerns to the supervisor
- Manage a database of customer contacts and keep accurate records
- Achieve weekly and monthly call targets
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to persuade and close deals
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
