**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to clients during night hours, ensuring a high standard of communication and positively representing the company.
- Demonstrate exceptional spoken and written English communication skills with a neutral accent, ensuring clarity and understanding during all interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while engaging with individuals over the phone, promoting a positive image of the company.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to convey information accurately and effectively, while also adapting to the conversation as needed.
- Engage with potential clients, answer queries, and provide information about products or services to generate interest and secure appointments or sales leads.
- Record and update accurate information in the company's database, ensuring completeness and correctness of customer details and interactions.
- Quickly adapt to changes in scripts, campaign goals, or communication strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Willingness to work during night hours to align with the target audience in various time zones.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
- Possess a neutral English accent for clear and easily understandable communication.
- Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and professionalism.
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios, conversations, and campaign requirements.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, actively listening to customer needs and providing solutions.
- Comfortable using calling software and CRM systems for effective call management.
- Willingness to work during night hours as per the company's schedule.
