**Introduction**:
The Sales/Distribution role in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is a dynamic and challenging position that involves managing the distribution and sales activities for a range of fast-moving consumer products. The FMCG sector typically includes products such as food and beverages, personal care items, and household goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- **Distribution Management**:

- Oversee the distribution network to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with distributors and logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to tailor sales approaches.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales force.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
