Position Overview: As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating various tasks and processes within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of activities, projects, or events. You will collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and achieve organizational objectives. This position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and communicate updates to relevant team members and stakeholders.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments or teams, promoting clear and efficient communication. Keep all relevant parties informed about project statuses, upcoming events, or changes in procedures.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Maintain and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives, team members, or entire departments. Ensure that all parties are aware of their commitments and deadlines.

Data Management: Organize and maintain databases, records, and files. Update and manage relevant information to facilitate decision-making and access to critical resources.

Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, workshops, or conferences. This may involve arranging venues, catering, travel, accommodations, and other necessary arrangements.

Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring budgets for projects, events, or departments. Ensure expenses align with allocated funds and report any discrepancies or concerns.

Problem Solving: Identify challenges or inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions to improve workflows and enhance overall efficiency.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment by supporting team members and promoting teamwork. Encourage open communication and cooperation.

Training and Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing necessary resources and information to help them integrate smoothly into the organization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
