**Working Days**: 6 days, WFO/ Client location

**Experience: 6-8** years

**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Appoint Channel Partner, manage them and their team for Janitri Business

2. Plan Sales volumes and potential of all relevant customers in the assigned region.

3.Provides all business information via CRM for forecasts and planning.

4.Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.

5.Identifying the KOL's and have an strong bonding with them.

6. Identify and maintain all Key Accounts in assigned area.

7.Complete the sales & revenue qtr to qtr.

8.Point of contact for all customer in that assigned area.

9. To work in coordination with the appointed channel partners and support them to get the business for Janitri range.

10. Responsible to create an sustainable market share in the assigned area and maintain it.

11.To align for product demonstration.

12. Ensure Sales, collection, product demonstration, customer training, channel partner's inventory and report.

13. Appoint and manage team under him.

14. Drive and monitor day to day team activities under him.

15. Responsible for overall zonal team performance and KPI.

**Skills**:

- B.Sc ( Bio/Life Science/Any Science), or Bio Medical
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in medical devices( Surgical/ Ob-Gyn equipment/Disposable devices) or Pharma ( preferably Ob/Gyn pdts) sales
- Expert in customer exposure and Key Account management best practices.
- Good understanding in dealer networking.
