Our specialized service offering, Merchant Cash Advance, provides SMEs with flexible financing options tailored to their unique needs. We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our lead generation efforts and connect with SMEs in various sectors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality leads.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on SMEs in the UK, across different industry segments, and identify their financing needs and preferences.

Customer Profiling: Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients. Understand their specific financial situations, business types, and payment processing methods.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy for the Merchant Cash Advance service, highlighting our unique value proposition.

Qualification: Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our service, considering factors like business type, creditworthiness, and willingness to explore alternative financing options.

Pipeline Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured lead pipeline and utilize a CRM system to track lead progress.

Reporting: Regularly report on lead generation and conversion rates, offering insights into effective strategies and areas for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure that all sales and lead generation activities are in full compliance with relevant regulations and adhere to ethical standards.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the financial services or business financing sector. Minimum 1 year experience in working in a UK geography target region

Understanding of Merchant Cash Advance: Familiarity with the product, its benefits, and its advantages over traditional financing options would be an added advantage

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential clients and presenting our services effectively.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to track and assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.

Sales Tools: Experience with CRM tools and other software to manage and track leads effectively.

Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the SME market in the UK, including different industry segments and their financial needs preferred

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, converting leads into clients successfully.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
