As an Intent Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that target potential customers based on their intent signals and behaviors. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the marketing efforts of the company and enhancing its customer acquisition and retention strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Intent Data Analysis: Utilize various data sources, such as website analytics, customer behavior data, social media insights, and other relevant sources, to identify intent signals and patterns. Analyze this data to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Customer Segmentation: Implement advanced segmentation techniques to categorize prospects and customers based on their intent levels. Create personalized marketing campaigns for each segment to deliver relevant and targeted content.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content marketing teams to develop content that resonates with specific customer intents. Ensure that the content aligns with each stage of the customer journey, from awareness to purchase decision-making.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of intent-based marketing campaigns. Use data insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline intent-based campaigns, nurture leads, and trigger personalized responses based on customer behavior.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective marketing messages and strategies for different customer intent segments.
- SEO and SEM: Work closely with the SEO and SEM teams to leverage intent data for keyword research, ad targeting, and content optimization to increase organic and paid search performance.
- Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensure all intent data usage is compliant with relevant data protection regulations and privacy policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on intent-based marketing performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies and intent-based targeting.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and marketing funnel concepts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
