The owner and originator, himself had one goal, to provide consumers with authentic, wholesome **KAILASH** sweets and snacks. Although beginning was rough for this family owned and operated business, Sweet & Snacks has gained popularity and goodwill which continues to grow rapidly.
Using only the finest and the best quality ingredients, **KAILASH** caterers brings elegance, taste, and fun to every event. We create our dishes from the purest ingredients and combine with imaginative artistic presentations. KAILASH Caterers has received excellent ratings 4.7 out off 5 Point.
**Job brief:
- **
- We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Sous Chef. You will be the maintain complete control of the kitchen.
**Roles:
- **
- Collaborates with the head chef to direct food preparation, Helps design the food and drink menu.
- Produces high-quality plates, considering both design and taste, Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management.
- Keeps kitchen clean and complies with food safety standards, Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment and supervises the kitchen staff.
- Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen’s performance.

- **
- Good Communication Skill, Interpersonal and team working skills and Multitasking.
- Food Preparation and it’s Safety, Ensures Health and Safety Standard.
- Creativity, Cooking, Kitchen Routines and Problem-solving skill.
- Qualification - BHM in Culinary or Related
**Experience**:
Total work: 2 to 3 years (preferred)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
