**About the role**

We are looking for a Sales Marketer who understands Data and lives People.

You'll be working alongside a team of Fitness nerds, and content experts.

About You
- Enthusiastic to present available services to current or prospective members
- Participate/manage special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the brand
- Manage the front desk by greeting members, answering the phone, and booking members into trial classes
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s fitness needs and goals
- Selling and closing leads in the shortest duration with utmost interest in community building
- Maintain the studio as a clean and safe environment for the members
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Participate or lead daily facility operations
- Collaborate with coaches and other team members to close sales faster and network for referral purpose
- Assist and report to senior manager as assigned

What you will bring
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Punctual, reliable, dedicated and a strong team player
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail products, corporate, private training, and teacher training
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- A pleasant demeanor and excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to learn and use the internal systems/software
- Must be able to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to learn and use our CRM system
- Work on an 8 hours shift with availability on telephone even outside office premises
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Early morning and evening availability required

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
