- Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience. Should have experience working with European clients
- Experience working in any of domains for Enabling: Quality, Internal Audit, Sustainability
Expertise in analysis and description of business processes, and their translation into functional and non-functional IT requirements.
- Define and document functional, non-functional, user experience requirements, process flows, use case scenarios, user stories, models, and conceptual design diagrams to support iterative development
- Lead cross functional department meetings to define and obtain a sign off on the product requirements
- Provide constant vision and ""voice of the customer"" to the development team during the product development and testing process
- Define epics and granular user stories, as applicable, based on the product requirements
- Collaborate with QA teams in reviewing test plans for applicability and test coverage
- Participate in scrum ceremonies as the product owner and assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review, taking a call on trade-offs and conflict resolution
- Manage and mentor junior business analysts
- Collaborate with teams across functions to get things done.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
- Good exposure in Agile/Scrum and JIRA/SNOW/SharePoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good to have Skills:

- Working knowledge of configuration of one or more SAP processes: Master Data Management or Finance / Supply Chain/ Procurement / Quality. Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
- Experience in implementing SaaS platforms in Procurement / Quality/ Real Estate / Finance or Supply Chain

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
