**Position Summary**:
As a Receptionist cum Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Your role will involve greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating office activities, and assisting with administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.

Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Office Coordination**:
Coordinate and maintain the office calendar and schedule.

Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Arrange travel and accommodations for staff, if required.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Maintain and update employee records and databases.

**Documentation and Filing**:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of various office activities.

Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.

Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.

Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

**Communication**:
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions.

Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements**:
Any graduate or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or office management are a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
