**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare data of potential clients who are interested in website design, SEO, and mobile app services.
- Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects in conversations and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about our company's services and offerings to prospects.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively communicate our value proposition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in an outbound calling environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of website design, SEO, and mobile app services.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in the international market, particularly in the USA and UK, is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
