Construction Project Coordinator/project Admin

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with project manager for all project relevant documentations
- Documentation version control, RFI register and compliance documentation review
- Liaise with project consultants and authorities
- Provide administrative support to construction team
- Schedule project pre-site set up and ensure the site is ready for construction
- Assist and liaise with building surveyor for the project building permit
- Liaise with construction team and subcontractor to obtain project certificates
- Upload project information and documents to company system for construction team
- Assist with monthly project update to client
- Followup with relevant authority for bond refund, inspection result and other ongoing items
- Other ad hoc admin support across the business

- Previous experience in construction industry
- Attention to details
- Be able to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to problem solving
- Have great communication skills and be open to learning and growing within the work place.
