CRM HEAD (Post Sales
- Real Estate)
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Managing collections from customers, ensuring achievement of targets.
- Enabling processes that provide accurate documentation
- Co-ordinating with sales, partner developer CRM and other internal teams for supporting customer queries & resolving them efficiently.
- Managing customer or developer escalations (if any)
- Proactively engage in launches and working with sales team to bring efficiency to CRM.
- Setting up meetings with defaulter customers/ partner Developers & initiating remind
- Issuing the letters to them on a timely basis for collections and passion.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationship.
- Supporting end to end customer registration process and collection from the customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and best practices.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
