Proven experience in a leadership role within real estate direct sales.

Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM software.
