**Responsibilities**:

- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Manage office administration tasks, including office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for employees.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a relatable educational background.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Hours**:
Monday to Friday : 9:30am to 7:00pm

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Paid sick time
- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
