The Bontrue Protection Service (BPS) Technician plays a crucial role in our commitment to providing exceptional after-sales service to our valued customers. As a BPS Technician, you will visit customers' residences to conduct thorough checks on Bontrue furniture and provide basic maintenance to keep it in like-new condition. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, extending the lifespan of our products, and upholding Bontrue's commitment to quality.

- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Represent Bontrue in a professional and customer-centric manner during all interactions with clients.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing customer questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

- **Furniture Inspection and Maintenance**:

- Visit customers' residences as scheduled and assess the condition of Bontrue furniture.
- Perform detailed inspections, identifying any issues or maintenance requirements.
- Execute basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the furniture in pristine condition.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Demonstrate strong technical skills in the inspection and maintenance of Bontrue furniture.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding any maintenance recommendations or potential issues.
- **Adherence to Bontrue Standards**:

- Strictly adhere to Bontrue's quality and service standards.
- Follow established processes and procedures for furniture inspection and maintenance.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of each service visit, including observations, maintenance tasks performed, and any additional customer needs.
- Submit service reports promptly, providing visibility to the customer service team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in furniture maintenance or related technical fields preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical expertise and ability to use maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance techniques and procedures.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling to customer residences.
