Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Customer Support Executive (CSE) with excellent communication skills and fluency in English to join our team. The Customer Support Executive (CSE) will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing National & International customers, presenting our products/services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to National & International customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into Deals.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma Any Discipline with 1-3 years of Experience.
