**Timings**:10.00am to 7.00pm (IST)
**Workdays**: Monday to Saturday (Saturday Half Day)
**Off days**: Sundays, and Indian Holidays
**Position Type**: Full-Time -On Site (Dumas Road, Surat)
**Joining**: Immediately

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with all IT products and services offered by our company.
- Have a current or past experience with a Client/Service based Overseas company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activitiesto research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contractsto draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trendsin consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. -Bidding on tending sites like Upwork, etc.
- Knowhow to digital marketing including but not limited to promotion through various social media handles etc.
- Ready to travel
**Required Skills**:
- Degree in IT, marketing, business administration, or similar.
- Extensive IT sales experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products orservices.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Experience Required: 2 years**
