**Food ,Accommodation provide by the company.**

Transportation not needed as accommodation is close to the restaurant

Must have at least 12 years of work experience in Cold Kitchen.

Culinary Bachelor’s degree.

Excellent experience and knowledge in overall cold kitchen including: multi cuisines Salads ,dressings, sauces, garnishing and plating.

Good knowledge in: Hot Kitchen, Bakery and Pastry section.

Certification in 1 of the following: Food Safety Management System, HACCP, GHP, SSOP, GSP, IPM, GMP, GLP, ISO 22000

Have a good knowledge in Ms Office.

Must also have knowledge in Restaurant Operation Management

Knowing Arabic and Khaliji cusine is a plus.

Not older than 35.

Salary is 3,500 Sar.

One Day off every week.

12 hrs Duty

2 way tickets every Two years.

3 years contract.

Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
