- Handle administrative functions
- Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises
- Handle office keys when required
- Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS
- Handle office based engagements and branch administration
- Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved
- Provide support in administration interface and to accounts team where required
- Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction
- Inter Branch internal coordination and documentation
- maintenance of admin records and trackers
- software tool updation
- Responsibility taking ability
- Attention to detail
- Capability to certify own work
- Initiative and self motivated
- Very Good in English Communication - speaking, writing and reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
