**Job Title: Solar Sales Executive**
**Job Summary**:
As a Solar Sales Executive at TSP Solution, you will be responsible for driving sales of our solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and guide clients through the process of adopting solar technology. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the renewable energy sector while contributing to the company's growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Generate Leads**: Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
2. **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their energy needs, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. **Consultative Selling**: Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide expert advice on the appropriate solar products and services to address clients' specific challenges and objectives.
4. **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including system designs, cost estimates, financial analysis, and ROI calculations, to demonstrate the value proposition of our solar solutions.
5. **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
6. **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and opportunities in the CRM system, and effectively manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
7. **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the solar energy sector to identify market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
8. **Customer Relationship Management**: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and beyond.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, products, and services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting renewable energy solutions.
