Digital Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. _Drive Digital Sales Growth:_ Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. _Client Relationship Management:_ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges. Provide consultative sales support and offer digital marketing solutions tailored to their requirements.

3. _Digital Marketing Expertise:_ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to effectively promote our products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling digital marketing campaigns and strategies that align with client goals.

4. _Sales Presentations and Proposals:_ Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Highlight the value proposition of our digital solutions and demonstrate how they can address client pain points and drive business growth.

5. _Negotiation and Closing:_ Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals and manage the contract process in collaboration with the legal and finance teams.

6. _Sales Reporting and Analysis:_ Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs. Provide regular reports and insights to the sales manager and executive team to drive informed decision-making.

7. _Collaboration and Teamwork:_ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, product and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.

8. _Industry and Competitor Analysis:_ Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Share market insights and recommendations with the sales team and management.

**Qualifications**:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in digital sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in selling digital marketing solutions or services is highly desirable.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

5. Results Orientation: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on driving revenue growth.

6. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

7. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Flexibility to adjust strategies and priorities based on evolving business needs.

8. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
