Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the billing operations for the company, including generating invoices and handling customer inquiries related to payment and billing.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely reporting of financial transactions.
- Process bank forms and declarations in accordance with internal and external regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to billing and bank statement management.
- Visit banks and other financial institutions as required to complete banking transactions and document collection.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in billing and banking operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and financial services is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
