Front Office Executive Admin

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Coordinate Doctor’s appointments, meetings
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors regarding company services.
- Assist with inquiries and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain records and files for office-related documents
- Assist with preparation and handling of office reports, presentations.
- Perform administrative duties as prescribed by the management.
- Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience.
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests to resolve any issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information and financial transactions.
- Should be able to manage all the appointments of the Concerned authorities as per their schedules
- Prepare daily reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of office and guest supplies and equipment and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments etc.
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and efficient manner
- Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management
- Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars
- Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
