Front Office Supervisor

Guests: Greet and direct guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide assistance.
- Customer service: Ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
- Information: Offer assistance to the individual needs and requests of all guests. Provide information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions, making reservations as needed.
- Rooms: Address problems guests have with their rooms.
- Payments: Collect payments and settle the register at the end of the workday. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges.
- Area: Ensure that the area is clean and acceptable to visitors. Make sure that the people are comfortable, having access to a waiting area, magazines to read and are offered drinks while they wait.
- Traffic: Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
A front office supervisor may also:
- Plan and organize accommodations, catering and other hotel services.
- Supervise front desk team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction.
- Respond in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and services.
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
