**Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries regarding availability, rates, and services. Address any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
- **Information Provision**: Offer detailed information about our services, facilities, and policies to prospective guests. Assist customers in choosing suitable options based on their needs and preferences.
- **Payment Processing**: Manage payment information securely and process transactions accurately. Handle billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure all data is accurately entered into the booking system.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any reservation-related issues, including overbooking, cancellations, and special requests.
- **Reporting**: Generate and analyze reports on reservation statistics, booking patterns, and customer feedback to support decision-making processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
