**Department Overview**
The Enterprise Utility Services team across locations provides processing support and to enable a follow-the-sun delivery model for Wells Fargo that would help us service our customers faster. EUS teams perform bank operation processes across divisions of WF Home Lending, Wholesale Ops, Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), Consumer and Small business banking & Community banking.
**About the Role**
You will work as part of Operations under DCCOE Document Retrieval as part of Enterprise Utility Services group in Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
**Responsibilities**
- Performs a variety of operational tasks for the low to mid complex processes or functions
- Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure
- Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systems
- Duties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions into CRT/PC, verifying with accuracy; resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and records
- Preparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.
- Exercises some judgment within guidelines
- Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
- University degree in Business or related discipline
- Experience - 12 months of production experience in financial services industry
- Knowledge on Document Management Queues and process
- Knowledge about Outlook
- Knowledge in NYSE and brokerage services
- Strong analytical skills with eye to details
- Fluency in English and Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
**Desired Qualifications**
- Quality-Oriented. Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail meeting deadlines Working knowledge in back office processing experience or its equivalent
- College graduate, preferably in Commerce
- Experience with brokerage account opening / servicing in US transactional processes covering US day i.e. India night hours are highly recommended
