**In this role, you will**:
- **Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of day-to-day Learning & Development activities.**:
- **Work on LMS tools to perform day to day activities related to BUILDS & EDITs of various courses.**:
- **Work with a team and make sure you adhere to all the Agreed SLA's and TAT
**Required Qualifications, US:
- **2+ years of operations support experience, and have worked on LMS tools in the past**
**Required Qualifications, International**:
- **Experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education**
- **Experience in operations support, and previously worked on LMS tools.
**Job Expectations**:
- **Work on day-to-day activities related to L & D.**:
- **Make sure to meet all the agreed SLA's and TAT's.**:
- **Be a good team player.**
