Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conducting research on HR best practices and current trends.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
