Front Office Co-ordinator

**Front Office Responsibilities:
- **
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Need strong communication skill.
- Should be a multi talented person.
- Able to do presentations.
- Answer questions and address complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.,
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Monitor office expenses and costs.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.,)
- Able to handle tele marketing.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
