As an Administrator at Petrol Perfume, your role will encompass a range of essential tasks related to office management, organization, and support. You will be responsible for ensuring that the administrative functions run efficiently, allowing other departments to focus on their core responsibilities.

**Administrative Duties**:
**Data Entry**: Accurately input and maintain records, data, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.

**Filing and Organization**: Establish and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information.

**Scheduling**: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for team members and management.

**Supply Management**: Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient.

**Office Support**:
**Reception**: Provide backup reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries when needed.

**Meetings**: Assist in organizing meetings, including room setup, catering, and materials preparation.

**Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel plans and accommodations for team members, as required.

**Event Planning**: Help plan and execute company events, meetings, and training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
