1. Schedule of Service engineers work and circulate daily and weekly schedule report.

2. Register complaints received in an excel sheet with the necessary information enabling us to generate reports based on various categories such as complaints sorted by Service engineer, Location, customer, machine, year, etc.,

3. Track the orders for planning the installation. Coordinate with customers to ensure all prerequisites are met and inform the engineer’s plan ensuring its timely execution.

5. Once the inspection / complaint / Installation is attended, a copy of the report should be mailed to customer.

6. Follow up for the action specified in the service report regarding any spares requirement / subsequent services, etc.

7. Record all the related videos and images in the respective customer folder for database creation.

8. Assist service engineers with their advance requisitions and process subsequent reimbursements after the job is completed.

9. Prepare all service and related spares quotations.

10. Execution all Service, AMC & Spares order until supply, installation and payment.

11. Have a close follow up on Service, AMC & Spares invoices to ensure timely payment.

12. Monitor the list of repairable stock machines and ensure to get it conditioned for potential sales.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
