Job role: Customer Care Executive

Location: Chennai, Perungalathur - Shriram Gateway


About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic and skilled Customer Care Executives to join our global client’s Customer Support team in the BFSI sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer queries and grievances via voice/non-voice channels.
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer support role (Voice/Non-Voice) with excellent communication skills.
  • Typing Skills: Must have a typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Educational Qualification: A Master's degree is preferable. Undergraduate candidates will also be considered.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the BFSI industry.


Work Details:

  • Work Days: 5 days a week (Rotational Week Off)
  • Shift Timing: 24/7 shift timings. should be open to night shifts
  • Work Mode: On-site (Cab service will be provided; candidates must be within the boundary limits).
