**Job Summary**:
The Personal Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support and ensuring smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. The PA will manage schedules, handle communications, and coordinate various tasks to support the proper functioning of the PA role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events for the director, ensuring effective time management and conflict resolution.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and coordinate all aspects of travel, including booking f lights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings. Ensure all necessary materials and information are available.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- **Task Prioritization**: Assist the director in prioritizing tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- **Expense Management**: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and handle invoices related to the director’s activities.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal information.
- **Event Planning**:Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and social gatherings, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and addressing inquiries.

**Qualifications**:
**- Education**: Graduation is mandatory

**- Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with various Business Partners.

**Working hours and days**:

- Office environment with occasional travel for meetings or events.
- Standard working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Saturday
