Nirvana Infrabuild Pvt Ltd is a fastly emerging premium residential apartment construction company in Hyderabad with a young team and an experience of 12 yrs, with on going projects in Bachupally ,Madhapur, Kondapur etc. in Hyderabad

We are expanding our business portfolio and newly opened our corporate office in Madhapur and looking for energetic people to team up with us.

we currently have a team size of 15 members out of which 6 people are in the sales team, the sales team will sit in the office in hitech city and on the weekends and whenever required, will be visiting the project site.

**Position **:Sales Executive Fresher

Identifying clients' needs and preferences and presenting suitable properties to them

Providing accurate and up-to-date information about properties and market trends

Maintaining good relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Preparing and presenting reports on sales activities

**Qualifications**:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
