**Responsibilities**:
- **Financial Management**:
- Process and pay office bills in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- **Meetup Coordination**:
- Schedule and organize meetups and conferences, including social media posts, sending invites, managing logistics and refreshments (if needed).
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle bank-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations. (May require knowledge of specific banking procedures)
- Assist with visa or travel arrangements for employees as needed.
- Place and track orders for office supplies and refreshments.
- **Event Management**:
- Organize and manage office outings and team-building activities.
- Coordinate logistics, booking venues, catering, and transportation (if applicable).
- **Device Management**:
- Maintain an inventory of office devices (computers, phones, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge of banking procedures.
