**Position Overview**:
E Waste Mart is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales for our company's products/services.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support**:

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or problems in a timely and efficient manner. - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

**2. Sales**:

- Identify potential sales opportunities when interacting with customers and upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on prospects to convert them into customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales initiatives.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Continuously update knowledge about company products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the customer support and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback and insights with relevant departments to improve products/services and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer support and sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Must Have English and Hindi Language Experience

Experience - Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
