Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
Sales Closing: Negotiate and close deals with potential customers.
Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information in our CRM system.
Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
**Required Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
Proven track record in sales and telemarketing.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
